Christophe Boutin is the Executive Director of ASFA. He is graduated as an engineer from Ecole Polytechnique and l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts-et-chaussées. He started his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He joined the highway sector in 2004, first at Société des Autoroutes Paris Normandie (SAPN), as director of construction and sustainable development and then in charge of the concession contracts at Sanef. In 2011, he joined ASFA, the professional highway association in France, as deputy to the Executive Director. He participates in workgroups of several road associations: URF (Union Routière de France), UNSPIC (Union des Services Publics, Industriels et Commerciaux), E3PO (European PPP Operating Companies in Infrastructure and Services), IDRRIM (Institut des routes, des rue et des infrastructures de Mobilité) and PIARC (The World Road Association). He represents ASFA at ASECAP Board (European Association of Toll motorway).
He presently serves as President of ASECAP for 2019/2020 term.
